1st Shift Production Worker

Radiac is looking for an employee to join our first Shift Production team at our Oswego, IL facility.

This person will be responsible to work in various production departments by following work instructions in order to meet production goals and quality standards.
Responsibilities include:
- Check work instruction to ensure accurate settings for job
- Identify and locate proper material thickness and gauge.
- Run production as instructed on a variety of machinery and equipment.
- Visually inspect parts to ensure parts are within the defined specifications to meet quality standards before moving to the next station.
- Check product against plan using assigned gaging.
- Participate in activities to increase personal skill level, overall departmental processes and product quality.
- Maintain organized and clean work area.
- Communicate all problems and other work-related issues with Supervisor or Lead.
- Receive, understand and follow all written and oral instruction.
- Maintain meet or exceed rating on performance evaluations
- Comply with all company policies and procedures including safety and attendance requirements.
- Resolve day-to-day issues by working effectively with others.
A successful candidate will have experience working in a manufacturing environment, possess basic math skills, read and write English and have the ability to use their hands for the entire shift. Must also have a proven work history and a good attendance record.
