Production Worker / Finishing Department
Radiac Abrasives, Inc., a leading manufacturer of conventional bonded and superabrasives is looking for production team members to join our team. This position is located in our Marysville, WA facility.
For more than 100 years, Radiac has delivered industry leading technology and quality products and service to the metal finishing industry. Radiac is a TYROLIT Company that is owned by the Swarovski Group which is headquartered in Schwaz, Austria.
When you join us you will be responsible for operating a manual machine by following work instructions in order to meet production goals and quality standards.

The shift is Monday - Friday 6:00am - 2:30pm with the possibility of overtime on Saturdays.
You will be responsible to:
- Run production as instructed on a variety of machinery and equipment.
- Check work instruction to ensure accurate settings for job
- Identify and locate proper material thickness and gauge.
- Visually inspect parts to ensure parts are within the defined specifications to meet quality standards before moving to the next station.
- Check product against plan using assigned gaging.
- Participate in activities to increase personal skill level, overall departmental processes and product quality.
- Maintain organized and clean work area.
- Communicate all problems and other work related issues with Supervisor or Lead.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures in including safety and attendance requirements.
- Resolve day-to-day issues by working effectively with others.
To qualify you must have the:
- Ability to communicate read and write in English.
- Ability to perform basic math.
- Familiarity with the use of hand tools.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instruction.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
