Radiac is looking for an employee to join our production team at our Salem, IL facility.

Pay Range for this position is $19.00 to $22.66 per hour.

This person will be responsible for following work instructions in order to meet production goals and quality standards in a safe manner.

Skills Needed:

Ability to follow work instructions to meet production goals and quality standards
Ability to communicate, read and write in English
Ability to perform basic math
Ability to use various measuring instruments
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Ability to read a blueprint
Familiarity with the use of hand tools

Experience or Education:

Prior manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.
High School Diploma or GED

Essential Physical Requirements:

Ability to exert physical force to push, pull, lift or carry 55 lbs. regularly
